Boomer is a very special boy. It is said that some people have the opportunity to meet their heart dog, and Boomer is really a once in a lifetime dog. He is my best buddy and my constant companion.
He finished his championship very quickly from the Bred-By Exhibitor class at the very young age of only 8 months. He finished with 5 majors in 7 days of showing, and was undefeated in the Bred-By class.
Boomer has recieved two invitations to the Eukanuba Tournament of Champions, and in 2006 he traveled to Long Beach, CA to compete in the Invatational. Boomer was awarded Best Bred- By Exhibitor Bloodhound at only 13 months old. To our knowledge, he is the youngest Bloodhound to ever be awarded this honor.
Boomer has returned to the ring as a special. He completed his Grand Champion title on October 10, 2010. This made him the 9th Bloodhound is history to achieve this title.
